The Japanese cuisine is very popular all over the world but with sushi and sashimi they are more famous and many people love them but the difference in sushi and sashimi is sushi involves cooking wherein the there is a Japanese rice flavoured with vinegar and the nigiri sushi there is a raw meat on top of the Japanese rice.

There still people who are not familiar with sushi and sashimi because they find it the similar to each other well in fact they are not the similar they are both came from Japanese food but there is a difference in sushi and sashimi is that the sushi has a Japanese rice but with sashimi there is no rice and no cooking.

The easy to determine the difference in sushi and sashimi is that sashimi is raw and sushi is not raw. Most of the time the meat use in sashimi is a seafood meat and it is always raw with sushi it is not raw although the nigiri has a raw meat on top of the rice but it is not all the time that the fish on top is raw.

The difference in sushi and sashimi can easy be determine for those people who have experience in eating sashimi and sushi but those who are haven’t tried to eat this Japanese food it might hard for them especially they haven’t also see the picture of the dish so it is better for them to visit Japanese restaurants and have a dine. The sushi is best in eating your hands and with sashimi since it is raw so it is better use chopsticks to avoid bacteria comes from the hands. The sushi and sashimi are both delicious. The difference in sushi and sashimi rise upon on its seasoning and preparation.
